The show is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work to over 4,500 visitors, including galleries and industry professionals. It's a chance to make connections, sell your work and be part of our fantastic community. 

DATES: Thursday 9 - Sunday 12 May

OPENING HOURS: Thurs & Fri 2pm - 10pm, Sat & Sun 11am - 6pm

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 1st April 2019

Register and return your small board by 1st April to guarantee yourself the following benefits:

  • Be featured as part of our 2-month marketing campaign

  • Benefit from digital and social media coverage

  • Secure a gallery space in the marquee or common room (first 80 artists to return their small board)

  • Confirmed catalogue listing

THE PROCESS:

  1. Register via our website here or in the office.

  2. Registration is £130 (per show) / £240 (when booking two shows)

  3. Complete your catalogue details, including artist / business name, contact details and discipline.

  4. Collect your small board from the office.

  5. This small board is photographed and will accompany your catalogue entry

  6. Complete your small board and return it to the office.

  7. Pick a day to exhibit in the marquee or common room (limited to 80 spaces)

  8. Attend show meetings

  9. Inform us if you will be holding a workshop or demonstration throughout the show

  10. Pair up and sign up for your 45 minute leafletting slot at local train station - each artist who participates in leafletting will be entered into a prize draw to win their next show fee on us!

  11. Email your mailing list about the show and invite your friends and family

  12. Post about the show on your social media platforms.
