Mini-Masterpiece Returns Policy

There is a 14-day money back guarantee on your order. Please contact us through the Wimbledon Art Fair website and return the artwork in the same condition you bought it, at your own cost. Once we have received the artwork in good condition we will refund your money in full.

The following conditions must be met for a returns request to be accepted:

• It has to be less than 14-days since you received the artwork.

• The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging. Please note that artworks must be carefully packed and in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

• If the original packaging was insufficient, please provide photographs and then package the artwork to the best of your ability.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

• For artworks that were damaged on arrival, we ask for photos of the damage so that we can see what happened with the shipment and raise a claim with the courier.

Please note that you have 14-days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a refund and to return the artwork.


How do I return my artwork?

Contact us via the Wimbledon Art Fair website or by emailing enquiries@wimbledonartstudios.co.uk and let us know that you’d like to return your artwork. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service in order to guarantee receipt.


When will I know you have received my artwork?

Once we have received the artwork in good condition, we will notify you and then process your refund.


How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive the returned artwork in good condition, we will aim to process your refund within 10 working days.


What artworks can I not return?

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Artworks that have been damaged after delivery.

• Commissioned artworks or bespoke pieces.

• Artworks that have been made/printed to order.

If a commissioned or bespoke artwork is damaged on arrival, we will accept these returns.


My artwork arrived in a damaged condition

If your artwork arrives damaged, then please get in touch with us straight away. We may be able to replace it, or you may return the artwork in its original packaging, at your cost, and request a refund.
