Everything you need to know about the Mini-Masterpiece ONLINE Sale


Every year, alongside the main event, Wimbledon Art Fair runs one of the most quietly brilliant things in the London art calendar; the Mini-Masterpiece online sale.

  • Each of the 180+ artists exhibiting at Wimbledon Art Fair creates one original work specifically for the sale. These aren't prints, reproductions or studio offcuts.

    They are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces - paintings, ceramics, sculptures, photographs, screen prints, mixed media works and more - each made by a practising artist and each priced at just £105.

    Once sold, they will not be reproduced. What you buy is the only one in existence.

  • The artists donate the profits from their Mini-Masterpiece to help fund the fair itself. Every pound raised goes directly towards organising and hosting the next edition of Wimbledon Art Fair - which means that buying a Mini-Masterpiece isn't just a great way to start or grow a collection. It's a direct investment in keeping this event alive for the artists and visitors who depend on it.

    It's a genuinely generous act by 180+ artists, and it's worth appreciating what it represents: an entire community of makers putting something back into the thing that brings them together.

    Because every exhibiting artist contributes a piece, the sale reflects the full breadth of the fair itself - which means you'll find work across an enormous variety of mediums, styles and subjects.   • The Mini-Masterpiece Sale takes place exclusively online at wimbledonartfair.com. If you pre-book your free ticket to the fair, you'll receive an invitation to shop the sale at 12pm on the day of launch - two hours before it opens to the general public.

    Given the demand, that early access matters.

    Once the sale opens publicly at 2pm, pieces sell quickly. There is no reserving or holding works - if you see something you love, the time to buy it is immediately.

  • Yes. Shipping is available at a flat rate of £15 for most works.

    Ceramics and other fragile pieces require collection from the Wimbledon Art Studios office at 10 Riverside Yard, SW17 0BB, during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

  • It's one of the best. £105 for an original, unique work by a practising London artist is genuinely exceptional value - and the directness of the sale means there's no mystique around it. You browse, you find something you love, you buy it. That's collecting, in its simplest and most satisfying form.
